Right No. 1

The right to be treated with courtesy and consideration at all times by your attorney and the other attorneys and personnel in our office.

Right No. 2

The right to competent representation by an attorney who has the legal knowledge, skill, mental, emotional, and physical ability to properly, diligently, and efficiently represent you in accordance with the highest standards of the profession.

Right No. 3

The right to have an attorney’s independent, professional judgment, uncompromised by any conflict of interest.

Right No. 4

The right to a full and detailed response to all of your questions and to return your phone calls and emails within 24 hours.

Right No. 5

The right to be charged a reasonable fee and to receive, at the outset, an explanation of the billing procedure and how the fee will be calculated.

Right No. 6

The right to receive honest and clear billing statements.

Right No. 7

The right to be kept reasonably informed regarding the status of the matter the attorney is working on, and to receive copies of all significant documents so that you can participate meaningfully in the development of your matter.

Right No. 8

The right to privacy in all dealings with the attorney and to have all confidences preserved to the extent permitted by law.
