In Need of Mediation? We are here to help.
THOMAS B. GOODE, ESQ.
All mediation is essentially facilitative in nature, but when welcomed by the parties, I enthusiastically provide analytical input based on a lifetime of real estate experience. I can effectively calm the high conflict personalities inevitably involved in each mediation. I bring unique value not only in tirelessly seeking resolution with creative facilitation, but by notch arging to review briefs and documents in advance as well as not charging for time post mediation “out of session” to continue with the relentless pursuit of a mutual agreement. All this is to avoid the potentially overwhelming costs and frustration of starting or continuing litigation, a world unsuited for most people I have encountered.
