Robin H. Smith is an attorney with Goode, Hemme & Peterson and works in the firm’s real estate and business litigation practice groups. Ms. Smith received her J.D. from California Western School of Law, where she graduated cum laude. During law school, Ms. Smith’s superior research and writing skills earned her membership with the California Western Law Review where served as an associate notes and comments editor. Although early in her career, Ms. Smith gained valuable experience when she worked on the “inside” as a judicial extern for the Honorable William McCurine, Jr. (Ret.) in the United States District Court for the Southern District of California and the Honorable Luis R. Vargas (Ret.) in the Superior Court of California, County of San Diego. Having worked closely with the judiciary provides her with a unique perspective when analyzing litigation issues.
Ms. Smith earned her Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of San Diego, where she graduated cum laude. Ms. Smith was admitted to the State Bar of California in 2012.
