Prior to practicing law, Mr. Kagan was a commercial real estate broker for 34 years and focused on leasing and selling commercial, industrial, office, flex buildings and land. In addition, he acted as a broker selling investment and owner/user properties. Mr. Kagan has been intimately involved in consummating thousands of transactions involving leases, purchase agreements, license agreements, easements, and construction contracts. Mark has resided in San Diego county since 1979. He has been happily married to his wife since 9-9-1990. They have 2 boys and reside in Carlsbad, CA. He is an avid waterman and outdoorsman. Mark’s favorite downtime activity is watching his boys play lacrosse.
