Ms. Mallari attended the University of Tennessee and received a B.S. in cell and molecular biology and a B.S.B.A. in economics. Ms. Mallari then went on to receive her J.D. from Gonzaga University School of Law. While at Gonzaga, Ms. Mallari externed for Chief Judge Rosanna Malouf Peterson of the U.S. District Court – Eastern District of Washington. Ms. Mallari also was a member of the Saul Lefkowitz Trademark Moot Court Team, where her team won best brief in the West Region.

Ms. Mallari has been an attorney since 2016 and focuses her practice in the areas of intellectual property and business transactions and litigation. Ms. Mallari primarily counsels clients in connection with domestic and international intellectual property portfolio management, contract review, and general business litigation.
