John Malki’s unique background has provided him with an in-depth knowledge of real estate that few attorneys have. In addition to being an attorney, he is a California-licensed Real Estate Broker, and an Adjunct Professor of Real Estate Law at Thomas Jefferson School of Law in San Diego, where he teaches Real Estate Transactions and Secured Land Transactions. He brings this experience to bear when representing clients in residential, commercial, and mortgage transactions and litigation. His tenacity, creativity, and congenial demeanor have earned him a track record of resolving disputes on favorable terms, avoiding the expense and stress the litigation process causes his clients.

Education & Background

Mr. Malki attended Thomas Jefferson School of Law, where he was named to the Honor Roll and National Dean’s List five times. He received the Witkin Award for highest grade in Secured Land Transactions, and received his Juris Doctorate cum laude in 2005. Mr. Malki’s diverse background prior to becoming an attorney includes over twenty years of experience in the fields of real estate, automotive, small business, and ministry.

As a native Southern Californian, John enjoys the outdoor activities that our region has to offer. He is married and has two children.
