Danielle P. Barger is licensed to practice law in California and Nevada, and a certified specialist in Estate Planning and Trust and Probate Law (State Bar of California Board of Legal Specialization), a designation reserved for attorneys who meet California’s stringent education and experience qualifications in these fields.

Ms. Barger is committed to providing valuable legal services to families by helping them with complex, life-changing legal issues. Much of her estate practice includes advising non-traditional families, including LGBT couples, with their estate planning needs.

Ms. Barger received degrees from University of Southern California and University of California, Los Angeles before receiving her JD from Thomas Jefferson School of Law. There, she won top of class recognition in Contracts Law, Health Care Finance Law, and Bankruptcy Law.

Ms. Barger is affiliated with the San Diego County Bar Association, the California State Bar Association, the Nevada State Bar Association, Wealth Counsel, and ProVisors. She is licensed to practice law in both California and Nevada.

Philanthropy

Ms. Barger is a member of the Rady Children’s Estates and Trust Council, is on the Planned Giving Committee of the Natural History Museum and is a strong supporter of the Challenged Athletes Foundation.

Ms. Barger, a San Diego native, values spending time with her husband, daughter, and two stepsons. She’s completed 16 half marathons, is a PADI Dive master, enjoys golfing, and loves throwing her clients for a loop with her passion for cars – both classic and new.
