Amanda-Dawn Natalia is an attorney with Goode & Hemme who’s known for her compassion, professionalism, and her diligent work in Business Law, Estate Planning, and trust administration.
She began her career in law in 2004 as a legal assistant in a securities firm, which inspired her future as an attorney. After becoming an attorney, Ms. Natalia maintained a solo practice for six years, primarily focusing on business transactions and corporate compliance. Ms. Natalia joined Goode & Hemme in 2017 to provide her clients with greater resources and offer them a broader range of services.
Ms. Natalia has extensive experience in contract drafting, corporate compliance, conflict resolution, estate planning, and probate administration. Ms. Natalia has also successfully represented individual and small business clients in bankruptcy, business planning, private securities transactions, LGBTQ and gender rights advocacy, non-profit advisement, and more.

Ms. Natalia holds degrees from San Diego State University and California Western School of Law, where she won top of class recognition for Pre-Trial Practice, Alternative Dispute Resolutions, in addition to numerous other distinguished honor awards for her academic achievements.
Ms. Natalia sits on the board of directors and is an active general counsel for the San Diego-based non-profit organization Alternative Healing Network, Inc. To give back to her community, Ms. Natalia regularly volunteers with the YMCA of San Diego County, San Diego Pride, and her son’s elementary school. She was also on the board of the Copley-Price YMCA, and corresponding secretary to the De Anza chapter of the National Daughters of the American Revolution Society.
Ms. Natalia finds her greatest joy in spending time with her husband and their young son and daughter. A proud San Diego native, she’s passionate about the outdoors and can regularly be found camping, hiking, or horseback riding with her family at one of the many beautiful parks or reserves around the County.
