Amanda-Dawn Delia is an attorney with Goode, Hemme & Peterson, focusing on estate planning, trust administration and business law. She began her career in law in 2004 as a legal assistant in a securities firm, which inspired her future as an attorney. After becoming an attorney in 2011, Ms. Delia maintained a solo practice for six years, primarily focused on business transactions and contract resolution. Ms. Delia joined the Firm to provide her clients with greater resources and offer them a broader range of services. She is excited to bring her passion for law and compassion for her clients to the already exceptional legal team at Goode, Hemme, and Peterson.

In practice, Ms. Delia is experienced in contract drafting, corporate compliance, conflict resolution, and in the creation of Wills and Trusts, probate administration and trust administration. Ms. Delia has also successfully represented individual and small business clients in bankruptcy, business planning, employment issues, LGBTQ advocacy, gender rights advocacy, non-profit advisement, and general business representation.
Education & Background
Ms. Delia is a proud to be a San Diego native, who holds degrees from San Diego State University and California Western School of Law. She graduated California Western in January 2011, where she won top of class recognition for Pre-Trial Practice, Alternative Dispute Resolutions, in addition to numerous other distinguished honor awards for her academic achievements.
Attorney Delia sits on the Board of Directors and is active General Counsel for the San Diego-based non-profit organization Alternative Healing Network, Inc. Ms. Delia also believes in giving back to her community and regularly volunteers her time with the YMCA of San Diego County and San Diego Pride.
Ms. Delia finds her greatest joy in spending time with her family, which includes her husband and their young son and daughter. She has a passion for the outdoors and can regularly be found camping, hiking, or horseback riding with her family at one of the many beautiful parks or reserves around the County.
