Christian Fenton’s expertise lies in the practice of Intellectual Property Law. As an attorney at Goode, Hemme & Barger, he works with individuals and companies both large and small—to assess, secure, manage, and enforce their IP rights in the fields of trademarks, patents, and copyrights.

Christian has been practicing law for over ten years, and in that time has gained invaluable experience in both litigation and transactional matters, affording him the broad perspective necessary to identify and apply effective and efficient solutions to any challenge.

Mr. Fenton obtained his undergraduate degree in biology from the University of California at Santa Cruz, and his law degree from the University of Hawaii. Mr. Fenton is licensed to practice law in California and Hawaii. He is also a registered patent attorney with the United States Patent and Trademark Office, and is affiliated with ProVisors.
Mr. Fenton is active in the local community, acting as a board member of a recognized local dance company, and as a member of the Arts Committee of the University Club atop Symphony Towers.
