Seth has extensive experience in general civil litigation including business transactions, contract disputes, employment law, real estate matters, insurance claims, elder abuse and personal injury with a particular emphasis in complex cases.

In addition to individuals, Seth represents and counsels large and small businesses in areas which include the communications, technology, construction, education, internet and entertainment industries, often acting as their general counsel. In a recent particularly challenging engagement, he was responsible for uncovering a conspiracy which involved the wrongful transfer of real property owned by an elderly person. Seth is dedicated to obtaining the best possible solution in a cost-conscious manner.

Seth graduated from San Diego State University with a Bachelors of Science Degree in Biology. He worked as an environmental chemist before attending law school at the University of San Diego School of Law where he graduated in 1995. He is admitted to practice before all courts in the State of California, the United States District Court for the Southern District of California and the District Court of Colorado. He is a member of the San Diego Bar Association. Seth enjoys movies, snow skiing, mountain biking, running, and sailing with friends and family.
