Attorney Michael C. While in college, Mr. Rogers spent his summers working for the U.S. Forest Service as a fire fighter including a season as a smokejumper parachuting into remote wilderness fires. Now he fights battles in the legal arena instead of the forests. The “in the trenches” work ethic Mr. Rogers acquired as a firefighter, as his clients and opponents would unanimously agree, makes him an excellent advocate.

Mr. Rogers attended the University of San Diego School of Law and received his Juris Doctorate in 1995. He is admitted to practice before all courts in the State of California, including the Central and Southern Districts of the United States District Court. He is a member of the San Diego Bar Association, San Diego New Car Dealers Association, California United Auto Dealers Association, National Auto Dealers Association, and is active in the San Diego Host Lion’s Club.

Mr. Rogers is married and has two children, lives in Pt.
